Is he an import. You called him a ';French'; poodle, so guess he is.
I sure wouldn't buy a Poodle from a breeder who didn't know that Poodles are German dogs, not French.

There is no such thing as a French Poodle. Poodles are from Germany, they were water retrievers, the word Poodle come from the german word Pudel which means splash in the water. The reason they are called french because, the french royalty liked the breed so much that they wanted to make them thier national dog!

Its toy poodle standard poodle or miniature poodle. French is not a part of the breed name.
If you got her from a reputable breeder take her back to the breeder otherwise contact your local poodle rescue
