ok its on iTunes now, but for some reason, when you purchase it, there is a pop-up that says something like ';the item you are trying to buy is not available';. im guessing that its because i am in china right now and i have my account set on a U.S. store, so if u live in the U.S, try it. if it doesnt work, wait a while or see it on abcfamily.com under watch full episodes, the secret life of the american teenager. :D but it might not be out until later, i dont know.
i just asked this and i was told to go to this website...not exactly sure what it is but go to to my profile and click on my question and the answer will be there...but you have to download it and idk, i'm kinda scared of doing it! i had to go out too and missed it!

I am in the same situation!! I have looked everywhere! It is usually on youtube and abcfamily's websites first thing in the morning. But, your best bet?! Tune to abcfamily in about half an hour! It comes on again at midnight eastern time!
